ارائه مدل ارزیابی سلامت پایدار کارکنان مراکز بهداشت شهر کرمانشاه با استفاده از معیارهای شاخص سلامت

زمینه و هدف: امروزه سلامت کارکنان مراکز بهداشت به عنوان یکی از تأثیرگذارترین محیط ها برای القاء احساس امنیت و آرامش خیال برای شهروندان، بسیار حائز اهمیت است. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی و ارائه مدلی پیرامون عوامل مؤثر بر ارزیابی سلامت پایدار کارکنان مراکز بهداشت شهر کرمانشاه با بهره‌گیری از معیارهای شاخص سلامت انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: بین 15 نفر از خبرگان مراکز بهداشت کرمانشاه، پرسشنامه خبرگان توزیع شد. با بررسی مطالعات مرتبط، عوامل محیطی، بیماری‌زا و زیستی و سازمانی به‌عنوان معیارهای اصلی پژوهش انتخاب شدند. پردازش داده‌ها با استفاده از رویکرد ANP-DEMATEL انجام شد.
یافته ها: معیار "عوامل بیماری‌زا و زیستی" با وزن نهائی 0/518 مؤثرترین معیار و از طرفی معیار "عوامل سازمانی" با میزان تأثیرپذیری 20/551 تأثیرپذیرترین معیار بوده و بیش‌ترین تعامل را با سایر معیارها داشته‌اند. همچنین، زیرمعیار " رعایت استانداردهای بهداشت محیط کار " با وزن نهائی 0/1247 اولویت اول را به‌خود اختصاص داد.
نتیجه گیری: برای دستیابی به سلامت پایدار کارکنان مراکز بهداشت شهر کرمانشاه لازم است که مهم‌ترین عامل مختل‌کننده سلامت، یعنی بیماری‌های واگیردار و عوامل بیماری‌زا و زیستی را کنترل کرد. بدین منظور باید از دو راهکار آموزش به کارکنان و ایجاد قوانین و دستورالعمل‌های پیشگیرانه بهره گرفت.
