fa ارزیابی ریسک حریق و ارائه اقدامات کنترلی دریک بیمارستان منتخب در استان البرز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:nasimYW"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> آتش سوزی و انفجار به ترتیب اولین و دومین خطرات اصلی در صنایع و خدمات محسوب می‌شود. استفاده از مهندسی حریق در طراحی، تنها براساس روش‌های ارزیابی ریسک امکان پذیر می‌باشد. روش محاسباتی ارزیابی مهندسی ریسک حریق (FRAME) روشی جامع، شفاف و عملی برای برای ارزیابی ریسک حریق در ساختمان‌هاست. هدف از انجام این مطالعه ارزیابی ریسک حریق به روش FRAME در یک بیمارستان منتخب در استان البرز بود.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>این مطالعه بصورت مقطعی در یک مجتمع بیمارستانی در استان البرز انجام گرفت. با استفاده از این روش سه حالت مختلف ریسک حریق برای ساختمان‌ها و محتویات آنها، افراد و فعالیت‌های داخل ساختمان، برای ۳۲ بخش بیمارستان محاسبه شد. داده‌های موردنیاز از طریق بررسی میدانی و پایش شرایط بیمارستان، مستندات و اندازه گیری پارامترها، پرسشنامه نظارتی، چک لیست و با توجه به اطلاعات ذکر شده در دستورالعمل اجرایی FRAMEجمع آوری گردید؛ سپس در نرم افزار FRAME&nbsp; مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> مقدار ریسک برای ساختمان‌ها و محتویات آنها، افراد و فعالیت‌ها قبل از اعمال اقدامات کنترلی به ترتیب برابر ۰/۲۱، ۰/۷۵ و ۰/۱۳ برآورد شد. همچنین میزان ریسک برای ساختمان‌ها و محتویات آنها، افراد و فعالیت‌ها بعد از اقدامات کنترلی ۰/۰۵، ۰/۲۲ و&nbsp;۰/۰۵ محاسبه گردید.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یافته‌های مطالعه نشان می‌دهد بیشترین ریسک حریق مربوط به افراد می‌باشد که لازم است مسئولین اقدامات لازم را در این مورد انجام دهند. نصب سیستم‌های اتوماتیک اعلام و اطفاء حریق و آموزش می تواند تاثیر قابل توجهی در کاهش ریسک حریق داشته باشد.</span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong>Background: </strong>Fire and explosion are the first and second main hazards in industries and services, respectively. Using fire engineering in design is only possible based on risk assessment methods. The computational of&nbsp; fire risk engineering evalution&nbsp; (FRAME) is a comprehensive, transparent and practical method for evaluating fire risk in buildings. This study aims to assess fire risk using the FRAME method in a selected hospital in Alborz province.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted in a hospital complex in Alborz province. Using this method, three different fire risk modes for buildings and their contents, occupants and activities inside the buildings were calculateted for 32 hospital departments. The required data were collected through firld investigation and monitoring of hospital condition, measurement of parameters, moitoring&nbsp; questionnaire, checklists and according to the information mentioned in the FRAME executive instructions; Then it was analyzed in FRAME software.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong>Results:</strong> The risk value for buildings and their contents, occupant and activities befor applying control measures was estimated as 0.21, 0.75 and 0.13 respectively. Also amount of risk for buildings and their contents, occupants and activities after control measures was calculated as 0.05, 0.22 and 0.05.&nbsp;</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings of the study show that the highest risk of fire is related to occupants, and it is necessary for the authorities to take the necessary measures in this case.
