font-size: 13px; font-family: "><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">گردیده&shy;ا&shy;ست. فلزات سنگین از جمله آلاینده‌های محیط&shy;زیستی هستند که عمدتا از فعالیت‌های صنعتی و کشاورزی بشر منشا می‌گیرند و در تمام نقاط جوامع صنعتی یافت می‌شوند. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر تنش فلز کادمیم بر گیاه نی تالابی در شرایط گلخانه، در دانشگاه جیرفت انجام شد.&nbsp;</span></span></h1> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور و سه تکرار صورت ‌گرفت. تیمارها شامل فلز کادمیم به عنوان فاکتور اول و سطوح مختلف غلظت فلز شامل 0، 50، 100، 200، 400، 600، 800 ، 1000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک در گلخانه به عنوان فاکتور دوم بودند. میزان مقاومت گیاه نی‌تالابی به تنش فلز کادمیم در مرحله استقرار تا رشد کامل در شرایط گلخانه بررسی گردید و میزان غلظت کادمیم در اندام‌های زیرزمینی و اندام‌های هوایی و خاک گلدان‌ها اندازه‌گیری شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نتایج آزمایش در شرایط گلخانه نشان داد با افزایش غلظت فلز در تیمارهای آزمایشی میزان جذب توسط بافت&shy;های زیرزمینی و اندام&shy;های هوایی گیاه افزایش می&shy;یابد هرچند تجمع چشم&shy;گیر فلز در بافت&shy;های زیرزمینی بوده و انتقال آن و تجمع در بافت&shy;های هوایی گیاه خیلی کمتر گزارش شده&shy;است. با جذب و تجمع فلز در اندام&shy;های زیرزمینی، توانایی رشد گیاه نیز با تغییر ویژگی&shy;های فیزیولوژیک کاهش یافته&shy;است که در رابطه با فلز کادمیم با حلالیت بالا در آب و جذب قابل توجه در اندام&shy;های زیرزمینی موجب توقف رشد اندام&shy;های هوایی گیاه گردیده&shy;است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که با توجه به رشد اندام&shy;های زیزمینی، نی تالابی گیاهی نسبتا مقاوم در برابر تنش فلز کادمیم، دارای فاکتور انتقال پایین و توانایی تجمع فلزات در ریشه خود می‌باشد.</span></span> <div style="margin-left:42.55pt;"><strong>Background and Objectives: </strong>With increasing population, the process of contamination of water resources has intensified and humans need new and inexpensive ways to refine and improve water quality. Heavy metals are the environmental pollutants that originate mainly from industrial and agricultural activities and are found in all parts of the industrial communities. This research was conducted to evaluate cadmium stress resistance for <em>Pharagmites</em> <em>australis</em> in greenhouse conditions in University of Jiroft.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>The experiments were conducted in a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement with two factors and three replications. Experiments were included: cadmium as the first factor and levels of metal stress including 0, 50, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 mg.kg-1 soil for greenhouse experiments as the second factor. The resistance of <em>Pharagmites australis</em> to cadmium stress at deposition stage to full growth in greenhouse conditions was investigated and the concentration of cadmium in the underground organs and aboveground organs and soil pots were measured.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>results of Greenhouse experiments showed that with increasing in metal concentrations, it&#39;s absorbing with underground organs and aboveground organs were increased. However, impressive accumulation of cadmium was in underground organs and its translocation and accumulation in aboveground organs has been reported much less. With absorption and accumulation of metal in underground organs, ability of plant growth was decreased with changes in physiological characteristics.
