زمینه و هدف: فلزات سنگین آلاینده­‌های پایداری هستند که در خاک تحرک بالایی دارند و وارد محصولات کشاورزی شده و انباشته می­شوند. این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی خطر بوم­شناسی و غنی­‌شدگی فلزات سنگین کادمیوم، سرب، روی و مس خاک مزارع کشاورزی شهر دارخوین در سال ۱۴۰۴ انجام شد.
مواد و روش­‌ها: نمونه‌­های خاک از مزارع روستاهای ام­الحجار، سگاره، ام­الغزلان و صلیحاویه تهیه شدند. در هر روستا ۴ مزرعه انتخاب و از هر مزرعه ۳ نمونه خاک نمونه‌­برداری شد. برای سنجش فلزات سنگین از دستگاه جذب اتمی Perkin Elmer مدل 900T ساخت کشور آمریکا استفاده گردید.
یافته­ها: غلظت کادمیوم (۲/۲۶ میلی‌­گرم بر کیلوگرم)، سرب (۳۰/۵۱ میلی­‌گرم بر کیلوگرم)، روی (۱۵۷/۳۰ میلی­‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) و مس (۱۲۳/۰۳ میلی­‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) در خاک‌­های مزارع کشاورزی در ایستگاه ام­الغزلان نسبت به سایر ایستگاه‌­ها بالاتر بود (۰/۰۵>P). شاخص­های آلودگی منفرد فاکتور آلودگی (۱۱/۳۱)، فاکتور غنی شدگی (۱۰۸/۷۷)، شاخص زمین انباشت (۲/۹۱) و ریسک اکولوژیک (۳۳۹/۳۸) کادمیوم بالاتر از سایر فلزات در ایستگاه ام­الغزلان به دست آمد. الگوی مقادیر فاکتور آلودگی، فاکتور غنی شدگی و شاخص زمین انباشت فلزات به صورت کادمیوم > روی > مس > سرب بود، البته باید توجه داشت که درمورد مقادیر شاخص زمین انباشت در ایستگاه ام­الغزلان مس بالاتر از روی مشاهده شد. همچنین الگوی شاخص ریسک اکولوژیک فلزات به صورت کادمیوم > مس > سرب > روی به‌­دست آمد. پایین­‌ترین مقادیر فاکتور آلودگی، فاکتور غنی شدگی و شاخص زمین انباشت مربوط به فلز سرب به ترتیب ۱/۴۵، ۱۳/۹۱ و ۰/۰۵- در ایستگاه سگاره بود.
نتیجه­‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج شاخص‌­های آلودگی خاک نظیر فاکتور غنی‌­شدگی، شاخص زمین انباشت و شاخص بار آلودگی، ورود فلزات سنگین سرب، کادمیوم، روی و مس تحت تاثیر فعالیت های انسانی بوده و خاک منطقه مورد مطالعه دارای آلودگی بالای فلزات سنگین می­‌باشد. پیشنهاد می­شود سایر فلزات سمی و عناصر کمیاب در خاک و درختان مناطق شهری و مسکونی شهر دارخوین و میدان نفتی دارخوین بررسی شوند.
