مدلسازی پراکنش و ارزیابی اثرات بهداشتی ذرات معلقPM2.5 منتشر شده از صنایع خودروسازی (مطالعه موردی: خودروسازی سایپا )

زمینه و هدف: آلودگی‌ هوا یکی‌ از مهم‌ترین‌ معضلات‌ زیست ‌محیطی‌ بوده‌ و صنایع مختلف ‌از منابع‌ تولید آلاینده‌های هوا به‌ ویژه‌ ذرات‌ معلق‌ می‌باشند، هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی اثرات سلامتی PM2.5 منتشر شده در صنایع خودروسازی   می باشد. 
مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق‌، پس از اندازه گیری غلظتها با استفاده از دستگاه WESTECH، بصورت ماهانه در بازه زمانی دی ماه 99 تا دی ماه 1400، نحوه‌ پراکنش‌ ذرات با استفاده‌ از مدل‌ AERMOD برای متوسط‌ زمانی‌٢٤ ساعته‌ و سالانه در مناطق اطراف سایپا ترسیم و با بکار گیری تابع zonal statistic در محیط Arc GIS جمعیت آن ناحیه مشخص و در نهایت ارزیابی اثرات سلامتی با استفاده از مدل Air Q+ بررسی گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج‌ نشان‌ داد بیشینه‌ غلظت‌های PM2.5 در بازه‌ زمانی‌٢٤ سساعته‌ وسالانه به‌ ترتیب‌ 03/1015 میکروگرم بر متر مکعب و 10/581 میکروگرم بر متر مکعب بوده‌ است‌. نتایج ارزیابی ریسک کمی نشان می دهد که با افزایش ذرات معلق از مقدار 25 میکروگرم بر متر مکعب، ریسک نسبی ابتلا به بیماری های تنفسی و بیماریهای قلبی عروقی به ترتیب 9/1 و 91 درصد افزایش می یابد و با افزایش ذرات معلق از مقدار 10 میکروگرم بر مترمکعب ریسک نسبی مرگ و میر 2/6 درصد افزایش می یابد.
نتیجه گیری: مواجهه کوتاه مدت با آلاینده های منتشره توسط گروه خودروسازی سایپا ریسک ابتلا به بیماریهای تنفسی و قلبی عروقی را افزایش می دهند و در مواجهات بلند مدت، ریسک ابتلا به انواع بیماریهای سرطانی، غیر سرطانی و مرگ و میر افزایش می یابد.
