زمینه و هدف: استفاده نادرست از مواد شوینده خانگی منجر به عوارض سلامت جدی شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد زنان خانه دار در مورد استفاده ایمن از این مواد انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و شامل نمونه ای از ۴۱۶ زن خانهدار بود که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه هایی که شامل آگاهی، نگرش و رفتارهای ایمن در استفاده از مواد شوینده بود، گردآوری شد. سپس داده ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک رتبه ای تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که %۵۴۳ از افراد دارای آگاهی خوب، %۱/۴۰ نگرش خنثی و %۳۵/۳۸ از افراد رفتارهای ضعیف در رابطه با استفاده ایمن از مواد شوینده خانگی داشتند. مدل رگرسیون نشان داد که آگاهی خوب ۳/۴۵ برابر (۰/۰۰۱>P ،۳/۴۵=OR)، نگرش مثبت ۸/۱۵ برابر (۰/۰۰۰۱>P ،۸/۱۵=OR)، احتمال استفاده ایمن از مواد شوینده خانگی را افزایش میدهد. همچنین تحصیلات دانشگاهی ۲/۶۶ برابر (۰/۰۳P= ،۲/۶۶=OR)، استفاده سه بار و بیشتر از مواد شوینده ۱/۸۷ برابر (۰/۰۲= P،=۱/۸۷OR)، سابقه دریافت آموزش ۳/۸۴ برابر (۰/۰۰۰۱>P،۲/۹۹=OR) و عدم مسمومیت با مواد شوینده ۲/۲۴ برابر (۰/۰۰۶P= ،۲/۲۴=OR) احتمال بروز این رفتارها را افزایش میدهند.
نتیجهگیری: پیشنهاد میشود برنامههای آموزشی آینده بر پایه مدلهای تغییر رفتار طراحی شده و با ترکیب آموزش عملی و تئوری، همزمان بر افزایش آگاهی، اصلاح نگرش و ارتقای عملکرد ایمن تمرکز نمایند.
